Photographers, planners, florists, caterers, videographers, and so many more wedding vendors work so hard to make your wedding day perfect! Your vendors are there for you from the time you sign the contract to the day of your wedding and a lot of times long after the wedding is over. Since they are a big part of your wedding day, you’ll want to properly thank them for their hard work and dedication. There are so many ways to thank your wedding vendors, from personalized gifts to supporting their business after your wedding is over. Leave a glowing review! This may seem really simple but it helps vendors a lot. It lets others know the quality of service they will receive. This is a good way to leave a thoughtful thank you note. Be sure to leave a review on all the online platforms you can find, including Google and Facebook!
Engage with your vendors on social media! Follow them, like their page, tag them, and comment on their posts. When potential clients go to their social media accounts, it reassures them when they see past clients happy with their work. Keeping this up before and after the wedding is so helpful to any growing business!
Word of mouth is huge for businesses, especially in the wedding industry. If you have any friends or family getting married recommend your vendors to them. Tell them why you loved your vendors and give them the contact info to help them get in touch.
This one is specifically for photographers. They work so much perfecting your photos and getting them to be exactly the right way. When you post them, skip those Instagram filters and photo-altering apps. This way when people see your posts they see the photographer’s true work.
Tips are not mandatory but they are always welcomed. When you are working out your wedding budget you may want to consider adding in a spot for vendor tips. Tips are always appreciated. Many wedding vendors are small businesses so they will be very grateful!

“Sydney is so awesome to work with! She took so much stress off of us as a photographer, helping us plan for our wedding day. Her pictures are beautiful and she makes it so easy to be in front of the camera!”
