Let me tell you, when I met with Whitney (via video chat) a few months ago, I was SO excited when she booked me on the spot for their wedding. I hadn’t even met Mark yet and I was over the moon from the minute she showed me their save the date card with the cutest picture of them at one of those selfie museum spots. Their engagement session couldn’t come soon enough!
They definitely lived up to my fun/bubbly expectations of them at their engagement session at Walter and Mary Burke Park. From getting ice cream, to nearly pushing each other in the water, this one was so fun. Nearly everyone who passed us stopped to say congratulations or “now that’s gonna be a super cute picture.” It also helped that Whitney and Mark looked like they stepped right out of a magazine!
I hadn’t been to this location since 2019 and a lot had changed. Some of my favorite spots were blocked off, BUT my favorite part of the location had been drastically improved! You’ll have to check out the shots on the dock to see what I’m talking about.
I could go on and on about this sweet session and Whitney and Mark, but I won’t. (For now anyway). For now, I’ll leave you with some of my favorites from this cute downtown beach engagement session. And a huge congrats to the soon to be Mr. and Mrs. I’m so excited for your August wedding!
