Colette and Andrew got engaged, booked a venue, met with me, and shot their engagement session all in less than a month!! When their dream venue had an opening just 7 months away, they took it and got started planning right away. Then the stars aligned again when I looked at the forecast and saw snow the night before their snowy engagement session! We had seriously one of the most beautiful picture perfect snow falls.

Whenever a couple is willing to brave freezing temps for pictures, I just know they’re my kind of people. Getting to walk around and getting to know these two confirmed it! It was cold, but Colette and Andrew rolled with the punches and it was sooo worth it!

Being able to capture love as sweet and selfless as Andrew and Colette’s makes my whole job worth it. Andrew proposed on his birthday just a few weeks ago. Colette said she thought they were going celebrating him all day, but really it was all for her. (Which I think is the sweetest thing ever!)

Walking around and exploring a location I use all the time was so fun. It was like a whole new world with the snow and so many other photo spots! We even stopped on one of the golf course fairways and those shots are my favorite set from the whole shoot!

After this snowy engagement session, I can’t wait to photograph Colette and Andrew’s wedding day at Creekside Acres in July! Until then, I’m sharing all of my favorites from their engagements!
