Shelby and Phil get some major brownie points for bringing and sharing cider and donuts to their Michigan Fall engagement session. It also helped that they were so laid back and so much fun to work with!

Throughout their whole engagement session, these two made my job so easy and so fun! Even when I had Phil do some pretty physically demanding poses back to back to back, he still shared his donuts with me, which made for the cutest props by the way.

Shelby and I had been texting back and forth about outfits and props and I’m so glad they chose to bring some along. Plus, they brought a super cute blanket that I accidentally took home and they let me keep since it was in their donate pile anyway!

I’m so excited to shoot Shelby and Phil’s wedding next year. I’ll be going back to the St. Clair Inn, where I just shot a beautiful wedding this August. I can’t wait to get these two back in front of my camera next year at their beautiful venue!
